Clients across India regularly work with us without any in-person meetings.

Our social media management packages include content planning, post creation (graphics/photos/Reels), caption writing, scheduling, hashtag research, and basic community engagement (replying to comments). We manage Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Packages start from ₹8,000/month.

Our standard social media package includes 12 posts per month (3 per week). We also offer plans with 20 posts/month (5 per week) and a premium plan with daily posting. All plans include Stories content in addition to feed posts. The number of Reels varies by plan.

It depends on the plan. Our basic plans use a mix of content you provide and curated/designed graphics we create. Our premium plans include professional photography sessions. We can also train you on how to shoot content yourself that we then edit and post. The more original content you can provide, the better the results, but we can work with whatever you have.

We specialise in product photography, food photography, business/brand photography, and social media content shoots. All photography is designed to work specifically for Instagram, websites, and online marketing, not generic stock-style images.

Yes. For clients in our area, we offer on-location shoots at your business premises. For clients in other cities, we offer guided remote photography sessions where we help you set up and shoot your own content using our direction, and we handle all the editing.

The number varies by package. Our standard product photography package includes 20 edited, high-resolution images per session. We also offer larger session packages for businesses that need a full library of product or brand images. All images are delivered in web-optimised and full-resolution formats.

The Digital Health Audit is a free, comprehensive assessment of your business's online presence. We review your website performance, mobile usability, SEO, security, social media profiles, AEO readiness, and local discoverability. You receive a detailed report within 24 hours, with scores, specific issues found, and a prioritised list of fixes.

Yes, completely free. There is no obligation to purchase any service after receiving the report. We offer this audit because it's genuinely useful for businesses, and because it helps both of us understand whether working together would make sense.

We deliver the audit report within 24 hours of receiving your submission on working days. Most reports are delivered the same day if submitted before 2 PM. The report includes scores, identified issues, and specific actionable recommendations for each category.

Just your website URL and your business name. The form also asks for your email (so we can send the report) and optionally your social media handles and location. No login credentials or access to your website are required, we assess everything from the public-facing side.

No long-term contracts for ongoing services like social media management or website maintenance. These are month-to-month, you can cancel with 30 days' notice. For project-based work like website development, we use a simple service agreement that covers the scope, timeline, and payment terms for that specific project.

We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), and Razorpay (for card payments). All payments are processed in Indian Rupees. We provide GST invoices for all services.

For website projects, we require a 50% advance before starting work, with the balance due upon delivery. For monthly services, payment is due at the start of each month. We do not begin work without the agreed advance, this protects both parties and ensures project commitment.

We respond to all enquiries within 24 hours (usually much faster). After initial contact, we schedule a short call (15-30 minutes) to understand your business, goals, and requirements. We then prepare a clear proposal with scope, timeline, and fixed pricing. If you're happy with the proposal, we confirm the start date and begin onboarding.

All our packages include a defined number of revision rounds. For websites, we include 2 rounds of revisions during the design and development phase. For social media content, we send a monthly content calendar for approval before posting. For photography, we select and edit the final images collaboratively. Feedback is handled through WhatsApp or email, whatever is most convenient for you.

Yes. Once the project is fully paid, all work, the website files, design assets, photographs, and content we created, belongs to you. We do not retain any ownership or ongoing licensing rights. Your website is hosted on your own hosting account and all login credentials are provided to you.
